In this first of a two-part series, Rev. Kristin explores the spiritual art of navigating life's inevitable changes through four phases - embracing, emoting, emptying, and envisioning. Rev. Kristin invites us to befriend the "nothingness" that lives between one door closing and another opening, reframing that uncomfortable hallway as one of life's richest spiritual spaces. Using the metaphor of surfing, Rev.
